Title: Account Executive
Description: the Account Executive is a sales representative for the team. As an AE at Serenity Digital, you would be responsible for making connections with new business prospects, selling services and following up with established clients. 
Experience: some sales experience (cold-calling, building proposals, using sales tools etc.) is a plus, but not necessary. We are happy to train the right candidate.
Skills/Qualities: an ideal candidate will, first and foremost, be a people person! Successful sales involves a lot of face-to-face (or Zoom-to-Zoom) interaction. We want someone who loves talking to people and can convey the importance of what we do without too much pressure. Other musts: you gotta be a team-player, be open to help with delivering certain services sold, have good communication skills and have a sense of humor (or at least tolerate ours).
Salary/Benefits: Entry-level Account Execs will start with a base pay with quarterly bonuses based on your sales. You will receive paid sick leave and vacation time, as well as reimbursement for mileage. No health benefits currently, but we are working on it! Title: Sales Support

Description: Sales Support is a sales representative. Responsibilities will include monitoring clients tasks from start to finish, communicating clients needs fully to team members, supporting sales by creating proposals as well as recaps and finally this is a client facing position, you will follow up with established clients. 
Experience: some sales or digital experience (client management, building proposals and recaps, a google certification etc.) is a plus, but not necessary. We are happy to train the right candidate.
Skills/Qualities: an ideal candidate will, first and foremost, be a people person! Successful sales support will involve some face-to-face (or Zoom-to-Zoom) interaction. This sales support position is work from home, no travel required for face-to-face meetings. Some musts for this position: you gotta be a team-player and have a sense of humor (or at least tolerate ours).
